Recently, by the Ministry of Transportation Highway Science Research Institute of the Ministry of Transportation soft science project "domestic and foreign road transport safety supervision policy measures comparative study" in Beijing through the acceptance review. The project summarizes the western developed countries in the transport enterprise market regulation, operating drivers, operating vehicles, safety capital investment, scientific and technological research and application, etc., through combing and analyzing the laws, regulations and policies of road transport safety supervision in the United States, the European Union, Australia and China. The author analyzes the characteristics and experiences of supervision and management, compares and analyzes the shortcomings of supervision and management in our country, and finally puts forward some policy suggestions to improve the safety supervision of road transport in China under the new situation.

It is understood that the research results of the project has been adopted by the relevant management departments.
